Who are we …
We are two crazy ladies who are sola and paper flower enthusiasts. We design and create flower arrangements, bouquets, home decor and anything else we can find to solafy for ourselves, friends, family, neighbors, friends-of-friends, acquaintances and complete strangers who quickly become our customers. No matter where we go, we look around and say to ourselves … wow, wouldn’t that look great solafied. If you are reading this page, it’s okay, we know you do it too! We won’t tell. It’s a good thing! We getcha!
After fiddlin’ and messing around with different gauged wires, bamboo sticks, yards and yards of sticky floral tape trying to keep it all together (not to mention the cramped hands) … we couldn’t quite get the finished look and feel we wanted. Plus, the time to finish off the bottoms of the bouquets we were making for clients took us forever to buildup to where they looked natural. We like natural. Our customers like natural.
One day a light bulb lit up over our heads and we said to each other … we can do this better … and then before you knew it, LoveMyStems was conceived, carried and birthed. Not only did we want the stemmed look of a live flower, but we also wanted the greenery of the underneath side too, for all our sola, paper and fabric flowers. Yep, the whole chit and chabang! So after a whole lot of work designing, engineering and sourcing out a reliable manufacturer and many sleepless nights figuring it all out … LoveMyStems was born, and became a reality for us, and now most importantly for YOU! We like to share. Empowering each other to be the best floral artists we can be is another good thing in this world!
